Self Defence - Savya Rakshah
This is the first Akhara (Training Academy) of its kind to be run in Coventry and will teach Savya Rakshah (self defence). Savya Rakshah is the branch of Sanatan Sikh Shaster Vidiya that deals predominantly with self defence (non-offensive) techniques. It doesn't matter what level of skill or experience. The classes will help you, if you are a novice, a martial artist, an expert, or just concerned about personal safety and crime prevention. ALL are welcome to learn as all have the right to defend themselves and their families/friends. The classes also offer the unique opportunity to see how historic techniques used by our Sikh Guru's apply today. Sanatan Sikh Shaster Vidiya Gurdev Nihang Niddar Singh (World renowned) will be teaching classes.
